Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, high-impact curriculum materials for hybrid learning environments.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging modules.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools to create interactive e-learning experiences, simulations, and assessments.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and performance gap assessments to ensure course efficacy.
- Implement data-driven iterations based on student feedback and learning analytics.
- Mentor junior designers and support internal quality assurance processes.
- Stay at the forefront of pedagogical trends, emerging technologies, and EdTech advancements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in curriculum development for corporate or higher education sectors.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS platforms.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end course development lifecycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of adult learning theories (Andragogy) and UX design principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Portfolio submission showcasing diverse, interactive, and visually compelling learning assets.
