Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design process, from needs analysis and requirements gathering to final content delivery.
- Design and develop interactive curricula, e-learning modules, and instructor-led training materials using modern pedagogical standards.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of the content.
- Conduct audience analysis to tailor content strategies to diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds.
- Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate to build engaging multimedia assets.
- Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, and compliant with WCAG 2.1 standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design and curriculum development within the EdTech or corporate training sector.
- Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or Lectora).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory (Andragogy) and cognitive load principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
