EduPulse Academy is seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Instructional Designer to help us revolutionize our professional certification programs. You will bridge the gap between complex subject matter and engaging, learner-centered experiences.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial needs analysis to final evaluation. We are looking for an expert who stays ahead of trends in gamification, micro-learning, and adaptive learning technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive learning modules for diverse professional audiences.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and audience analysis to define clear learning objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex industry concepts into digestible content.
- Implement assessment strategies to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build responsive learning content.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for best practices in instructional design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Proven expertise in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Exceptional visual design skills and experience with UI/UX principles in e-learning.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of interactive e-learning projects.
