Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks for diverse professional development programs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical content into engaging learner journeys.
- Utilize advanced authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive e-learning modules.
- Conduct needs assessments and design effective performance evaluation metrics.
- Manage end-to-end course development timelines, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Facilitate virtual and hybrid training workshops for internal and client-facing teams.
- Analyze learner data and feedback to iterate and improve course efficacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or corporate training development.
- Proven expertise in SCORM/xAPI standards and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional visual design skills with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles for education.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Experience with video production or multimedia editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere Pro).
- Outstanding communication and collaborative skills.
