We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the development of our flagship certification programs. You will blend artistic design with cognitive science to create high-impact learning experiences that bridge the gap between theory and real-world application.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive, end-to-end e-learning curriculum for diverse corporate audiences.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging modules.
- Utilize rapid authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to build high-fidelity interactive content.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to align training outcomes with organizational business objectives.
- Implement assessment strategies and evaluation frameworks to measure learner performance and ROI.
- Mentor junior designers on best practices for accessibility and universal design for learning (UDL).
- Manage project timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met within tight release schedules.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in curriculum development within a corporate or higher-ed environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile development methodologies.
- Proven ability to write compelling, clear, and pedagogically sound instructional content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital course implementations and learning outcomes.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
