Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-impact, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into digestible, learner-centric content.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze learner data to iterate and improve course efficacy.
- Manage the end-to-end course development lifecycle from storyboard to LMS deployment.
- Mentor junior curriculum designers and establish best practices for instructional design standards.
- Integrate gamification elements to increase user engagement and knowledge retention rates.
- Monitor industry trends in education technology to ensure our curriculum remains at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate training or higher education instructional design.
- Proven expertise in SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS administration (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, or Blackboard).
- Exceptional visual design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong project management skills, capable of balancing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful e-learning project implementations.
