As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will design and develop high-quality e-learning content that drives learner engagement and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive courseware, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and microlearning assets.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical and business requirements into effective instructional strategies.
- Utilize rapid e-learning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive and multimedia-rich content.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs through learner feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Optimize content for accessibility (WCAG compliance) and mobile responsiveness to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Manage the full instructional design lifecycle, from needs analysis and content strategy to final delivery and review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational technology.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar LMS authoring software.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory (ADDIE model, SAM model) and cognitive load theory.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
