Responsibilities
- Design and implement immersive learning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and VR technologies
- Conduct needs analysis and learning evaluations to measure program ROI and impact
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop scenario-based microlearning modules
- Lead cross-functional projects with UX designers and video production teams
- Optimize learning experiences for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
- Manage curriculum roadmaps for 5+ concurrent client programs
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience developing corporate learning solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful LMS implementations and complex course builds
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in learning data interpretation
- Experience with xAPI/Tin Can API and LMS administration (Cornerstone, Workday)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across global organizations
- Certification (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
