Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into clear, concise learning objectives.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless learning experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Manage the full instructional design lifecycle, from concept and storyboard creation to final asset production and quality assurance.
- Analyze learner performance data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve course effectiveness and user engagement.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and provide best-practice guidance on accessibility standards (WCAG) and adult learning theories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training.
- Proven proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise) and LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Cornerstone).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create engaging, interactive, and multimedia-rich learning content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
