Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Rise 360.
- Translate complex subject matter into clear, concise, and engaging narratives and scenarios.
- Conduct instructional analysis to identify learning gaps and design appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, developers, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure all content adheres to accessibility standards (WCAG) and organizational branding guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance testing and review final assets for accuracy and engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in instructional design and e-learning technology.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training.
- Strong proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven experience in instructional theory, ADDIE model, and rapid e-learning development.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment is a plus.
