Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end learning journeys using ADDIE, SAM, and Agile design methodologies.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into engaging digital modules.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of our enterprise-level Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Produce high-fidelity multimedia assets, including interactive simulations and video content.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance and accessibility audits (WCAG 2.1) across all educational products.
- Analyze learner data and feedback to iterate and improve course effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time delivery of complex educational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in curriculum design or educational consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and Creative Cloud.
- Proven track record of designing for diverse adult learner populations.
- Deep understanding of pedagogical theories and cognitive load principles.
- Excellent project management skills with a portfolio demonstrating innovative UI/UX in education.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
