Responsibilities

- Create engaging multimedia content including interactive simulations, video tutorials, and assessment tools
- Conduct learning needs analysis and audience profiling to tailor instructional approaches
- Implement LMS platforms and learning analytics to track learner progress and ROI
- Lead cross-functional projects with SMEs, graphic designers, and content developers
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and instructional methodologies
- Maintain accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all learning materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate or K-12 curriculum
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Proven track record of creating measurable learning outcomes
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive psychology
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse educational projects (required)
