Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create scenario-based training content
- Implement LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone) and track learning analytics
- Lead cross-functional project teams from design through implementation
- Develop accessible, WCAG-compliant learning materials
- Measure training ROI through Kirkpatrick evaluation models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years creating corporate training with proven ROI impact
- Expertise in ADDIE and SAM instructional design methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating e-learning, video-based, and VR training projects
- Experience with xAPI/Tin Can API and learning analytics tools
- Certification in ATD CPLP or similar preferred
- Strong project management skills with Agile/Scrum experience
