Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning modules, virtual simulations, and blended learning programs
- Analyze learner needs and performance gaps to create targeted instructional solutions
- Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders including LMS integration and multimedia production
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on learning materials based on feedback analytics
- Maintain alignment with industry standards (SCORM, xAPI) and accessibility guidelines
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate/technical training programs
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive load theory
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse learning solutions (e-learning, video, microlearning)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience managing projects from needs analysis to implementation
