Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs analysis and learning assessments for corporate clients
- Create comprehensive curriculum blueprints aligned with business objectives
- Lead LMS implementation and optimization projects
- Mentor junior designers and conduct peer reviews
- Measure learning effectiveness through data analytics and KPI tracking
- Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive sponsors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate training
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning transformations
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in instructional design preferred (e.g., CPTD, CPLP)
