Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum aligned with industry standards
- Conduct learning needs analysis and evaluate program effectiveness through data-driven metrics
- Lead cross-functional projects with UX designers and multimedia specialists
- Manage the full instructional design lifecycle from needs assessment to deployment
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and accessibility best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience creating corporate or higher education training programs
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies for instructional design
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) standards
