Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, virtual training programs, and blended learning solutions
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analysis to align instructional strategies with business objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate, compelling educational content
- Implement LMS platforms and learning analytics to measure program effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects including multimedia production and interactive simulations
- Stay current with emerging EdTech tools and accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate or higher education curricula
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions (e-learning, microlearning, VR)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) preferred
- Experience with ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable learning outcomes and user engagement metrics
