Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design process for complex learning initiatives, from needs analysis to evaluation.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning content, including e-learning modules, blended learning programs, instructor-led training (ILT), and job aids.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract critical knowledge and transform it into clear, concise, and compelling learning experiences.
- Apply adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and accessibility standards (WCAG) to all projects.
- Develop robust assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness and program impact.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Research and integrate emerging learning technologies and best practices to enhance our instructional offerings.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior instructional designers and cross-functional team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and curriculum development, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or educational technology environment.
- Proven expertise in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design and development of various learning solutions.
- Deep understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design principles, multimedia development, and video editing for learning content is a plus.
