Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality e-learning courses and micro-learning modules that align with organizational learning objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical requirements into engaging and accurate instructional content.
- Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Storyline to create interactive multimedia elements.
- Analyze learner feedback and performance data to iterate and optimize course content for maximum engagement and retention.
- Maintain and update existing learning management systems (LMS) repositories and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in current training programs and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, specifically within the corporate or EdTech sector.
- Proficient in authoring software (Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate) and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE model, and rapid instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Blackboard, Canvas).
