Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses and training materials using the ADDIE instructional design model.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and visual designs that align with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
- Utilize authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate) to build interactive, multimedia-rich modules.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and instructional design methodologies to continuously improve our learning solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal design processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer or E-Learning Developer.
- Strong proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM, and xAPI standards.
- Portfolio demonstrating a history of successful course design and development projects.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) is highly desirable.
