Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training, and performance support materials
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with business goals
- Implement ADDIE and SAM methodologies for project management
- Analyze learning metrics and iterate designs based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or higher education instructional design
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating curriculum development for adult learners
- Certification (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
