Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, virtual training programs, and performance support systems
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to inform evidence-based instructional strategies
- Lead cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies to deliver scalable learning solutions
- Integrate emerging technologies (VR/AR, AI) into immersive learning experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across all deliverables
- Measure learning impact through KPI analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate/academic learning solutions with proven portfolio
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Certification in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex learning initiatives
- Proficiency in learning analytics tools and experience with data-driven design decisions
