Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning modules, microlearning content, and virtual training programs using industry-standard authoring tools
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and training requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into digestible learning materials
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously optimize curriculum delivery
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI-driven personalization) into learning ecosystems
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for instructional design methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of proven experience designing corporate training or educational programs for adult learners
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful learning interventions with measurable impact metrics
- Proficiency in needs analysis, ADDIE/SAM models, and adult learning theory principles
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
