Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate business requirements into learning objectives.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate instructional strategies.
- Ensure all course content is accessible, inclusive, and compliant with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
- Maintain and update existing learning management system (LMS) content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (VR/AR), and best practices in instructional design.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating the creation of interactive, mobile-responsive e-learning courses.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (andragogy) and ADDIE model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., TalentLMS, Blackboard) is a plus.
