Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses for corporate clients across diverse industries
- Create comprehensive storyboards and prototypes aligned with adult learning principles
- Leverage xAPI and learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Lead cross-functional project teams including subject matter experts and multimedia developers
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and implement innovative learning technologies
- Maintain quality assurance through rigorous testing and iterative design processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience designing corporate training programs for adult learners
- Expert proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe CC) and LMS administration
- Proven portfolio showcasing learning solutions with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and client presentations
