Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create high-quality e-learning courses, interactive modules, and multimedia training materials using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging narratives.
- Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards and wireframes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and user experience best practices.
- Project Management: Oversee the instructional design process from concept to launch, managing timelines and resources effectively.
- Accessibility: Ensure all learning materials are compliant with WCAG accessibility standards to provide inclusive learning experiences.
- Review & Optimization: Conduct quality assurance testing and gather user feedback to continuously iterate and improve course effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational content creation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro), and basic HTML/CSS.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory (Andragogy) and ADDIE or SAM models.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to London, UK.
