Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses and multimedia content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and instructional analysis to identify learning gaps and define clear learning objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical knowledge into accessible, engaging content.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learner comprehension.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and adhere to internal style guides and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in instructional design and educational technology to propose innovative solutions.
- Train and mentor junior instructional designers and content creators within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or curriculum design.
- Proven proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and ADDIE or SAM models.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating past e-learning projects and instructional design work is required.
