Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex digital curricula for enterprise-level clients.
- Collaborate with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical concepts into engaging, digestible learning modules.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of advanced Learning Management Systems (LMS) features.
- Conduct deep-dive data analytics to measure learning efficacy and drive continuous content optimization.
- Mentor a team of junior designers on instructional best practices and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initial conceptualization to global deployment and post-launch support.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in corporate training or higher education design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and the Creative Cloud suite.
- Proven track record of designing interactive simulations and gamified learning experiences.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated UI/UX sensibilities within e-learning environments.
