Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement blended learning solutions (e-L modules, virtual classrooms, performance support tools)
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations using ADDIE/SAM models
- Create interactive content using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop curriculum aligned with business objectives
- Optimize learning experiences using multimedia elements (video, gamification, simulations)
- Analyze learning metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Mentor junior designers and stay current with emerging learning technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years instructional design experience with corporate learning portfolios
- Expertise in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS administration
- Proven ability to create scenario-based learning and microlearning modules
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with experience in agile environments
- Portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions (SCORM/xAPI compliance)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and multilingual content
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
