Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging curriculum for corporate clients across healthcare, finance, and technology sectors
- Conduct learning needs assessments using data analytics to identify skill gaps
- Create storyboards and prototypes using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop scenario-based training modules
- Implement LMS platforms (Cornerstone, TalentLMS) and track learning metrics
- Lead virtual training workshops for 50+ participants using Zoom and Miro
- Conduct post-training evaluations and iterate based on performance data
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our learning innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or higher education settings
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ e-learning projects with measurable outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS platforms
- Experience with ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Strong data literacy skills for learning analytics and ROI reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
