Responsibilities
- Course Development: Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Captivate.
- Instructional Strategy: Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and design curricula that align with business goals and adult learning principles.
- Content Creation: Create engaging scripts, storyboards, and visual assets, including graphics and multimedia elements.
- Collaboration: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate technical concepts into accessible learning content.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of learning solutions.
- Review & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design models.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
