Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end instructional design process for complex learning programs, from needs analysis to evaluation.
- Design and develop engaging, interactive, and high-quality learning content across various modalities (e.g., e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, blended learning, job aids).
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and multimedia developers to ensure content accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
- Apply adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and best practices to create impactful learning solutions.
- Develop robust assessment strategies and evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Integrate emerging learning technologies and innovative instructional strategies to enhance the learner experience.
- Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and e-learning development, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting.
- Demonstrated expertise with leading authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content publishing standards (SCORM, xAPI).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, cognitive psychology, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and learning solutions.
