Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate training programs
- Expertise in adult learning theories and cognitive psychology principles
- Portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions (e-learning, microlearning, VR simulations)
- Strong proficiency with authoring tools and learning management systems
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
