Responsibilities
- Design and develop blended learning solutions including eModules, virtual instructor-led training, and performance support tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and create engaging curriculum
- Conduct learning evaluations using Kirkpatrick model and iterate based on analytics
- Manage multiple client projects from needs assessment to implementation
- Mentor junior designers and maintain quality standards across all deliverables
- Research emerging learning technologies and implement innovative pedagogical approaches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate or higher education training programs
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS administration
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive load theory
- Experience with needs analysis, storyboarding, and rapid prototyping
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse learning solutions with measurable impact
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) preferred
