Responsibilities

- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to identify performance gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create scenario-based learning and interactive simulations
- Implement LMS platforms and optimize learning ecosystems for scalability
- Lead pilot testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights
- Maintain industry best practices in accessibility, compliance, and instructional design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing corporate training or higher education programs
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS administration
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable learning outcomes and UX design
- Certifications in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and compliance frameworks
