Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and blended learning solutions using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze performance gaps and learning objectives
- Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia assets that align with adult learning principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Manage end-to-end instructional design projects from analysis through evaluation, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Leverage learning analytics to assess program effectiveness and continuously optimize learning experiences
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry trends through continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate instructional design with proven portfolio of complex learning solutions
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and video editing software
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile instructional design methodologies
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning) and xAPI/Tin Can standards
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or related field highly desirable
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
