Responsibilities

- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to optimize program effectiveness
- Lead end-to-end curriculum development using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into digestible content
- Manage project timelines while ensuring alignment with pedagogical best practices
- Implement LMS integration and learning evaluation frameworks
- Stay current with emerging EdTech trends and instructional methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate learning environments
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful learning program implementations
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ADDIE model
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable learning strategies
