Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive learning experiences using modern authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate)
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to create targeted training interventions
- Lead end-to-end curriculum development from storyboarding to implementation and evaluation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Implement learning analytics to measure program effectiveness and iterate on continuous improvement
- Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for instructional design methodologies
- Stay current with emerging technologies (VR/AR, AI-driven personalization) in educational technology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience designing corporate training programs with measurable ROI
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in blended learning and microlearning architectures
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday)
- Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Certifications in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
