- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analysis for corporate training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into learner-centric materials
- Implement LMS platforms and manage learning analytics for program optimization
- Lead cross-functional projects with designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience in corporate or higher education settings
- Portfolio demonstrating successful e-learning curriculum development
- Expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
