To design and develop engaging, interactive, and accessible learning solutions that empower our clients to achieve their professional goals.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create comprehensive instructional strategies, storyboards, and e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
- Curriculum Architecture: Design modular learning paths that align with organizational goals and adult learning principles.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and visual consistency.
- Accessibility: Ensure all learning materials meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for inclusive learning environments.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables from concept through final deployment.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor learner engagement and performance data to iterate and improve course effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or curriculum design.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and/or Adobe Captivate.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design models.
