Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions aligned with business objectives and adult learning principles
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to identify performance gaps and solution requirements
- Create storyboards, prototypes, and course content using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Manage LMS implementations and optimize learning technology infrastructure
- Lead curriculum development projects from conception through evaluation and iteration
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience designing corporate training programs or higher education curriculum
- Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful learning project delivery
- Strong analytical skills for needs assessment and learning evaluation
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
