Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to drive data-driven curriculum decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects in Agile environments, managing timelines and deliverables
- Implement adult learning theory and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) in all deliverables
- Mentor junior designers and conduct peer reviews to maintain quality excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into engaging learning solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of instructional design experience with corporate training portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) or related field
- Strong understanding of LMS administration and SCORM/xAPI standards
- Experience developing compliance training for regulated industries
- Proven ability to translate technical content into digestible learning modules
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable learning impact and visual design sensibility
