Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive e-learning curricula using SCORM and xAPI standards.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to distill complex technical data into engaging, digestible content.
- Utilize industry-standard authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive, responsive modules.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Review and iterate on existing course materials to ensure alignment with modern learning objectives.
- Partner with L&D leadership to forecast training needs and manage project timelines effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proficiency in authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories (ADDIE, SAM) and instructional modeling.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas or Blackboard.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and UI/UX principles.
