Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and learning analytics for diverse client portfolios
- Lead curriculum development projects from conception to implementation with agile methodologies
- Collaborate with UX designers to optimize learner engagement and accessibility standards
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining quality control across all deliverables
- Stay current with emerging technologies like VR/AR in education and LMS platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience creating corporate/academic learning solutions
- Expertise in xAPI, SCORM, and LMS administration (Moodle preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ successful curriculum implementations
- Strong project management skills with PMP or CADD certification
- Proficiency in authoring tools and multimedia production software
- Experience with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1)
