Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security architectures and controls.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM and SOAR tools.
- Conduct regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
- Develop and execute threat hunting strategies to proactively identify malicious activity.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Ensure compliance with global standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
- Manage security tooling including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills under pressure.
- Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack) and incident response procedures.
