Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting organizational growth and culture
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Oversee performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee relations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization
- Manage HR compliance, policy development, and risk mitigation
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems
- Experience developing and implementing DEI initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or relevant Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
