Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and productivity
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all departments
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Implement performance management systems and foster continuous learning culture
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex workplace conflicts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for high-growth organizations
- Advanced knowledge of employment law (FLSA, EEOC, ADA)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
