Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives across all departments with emphasis on diversity and inclusion
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Manage HRIS implementation and data analytics for strategic decision-making
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Drive organizational development initiatives including leadership training
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Proven track record in talent acquisition strategy and employer branding
- Deep knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
