- Oversee compensation structures, benefits packages, and career development frameworks
- Partner with department heads to address organizational development challenges
- Drive HR technology adoption and process optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for high-growth tech companies
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to translate insights into strategy
