Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical and non-technical professionals
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize team structures and reporting lines
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and performance management systems
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all employee lifecycle stages
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and implement risk mitigation protocols
- Champion employee engagement through culture-building initiatives and retention programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/SAP experience highly valued)
- Proven success scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Data-driven decision-making with experience using HR analytics tools
